Perimenopause is a natural life event, starting for most women in their late 30’s/early 40’s. It's a time in a woman's life that can often be fraught with hormonal havoc as our bodies transition towards menopause. This can have a dramatic impact on our careers, relationships, social life and most importantly our health. Insomnia and sleep disturbances are common symptoms during the perimenopause and this workshop aims to help you understand how you can address sleep issues.
Join us for this three-hour workshop to bring balance and wholeness to your perimenopause journey. We have created a very special afternoon where we can gather together in a wonderful space for a nurturing yoga practice as well as nutrition and lifestyle advice as well as information and support to help you manage sleep issues. Refreshments will be provided. You will also be treated to a goody bag full of treats and advice to support your mind, body and soul.

Isabelle has created Sleep Tree (London), a new holistic sleep coaching practice for adults, because she believes that good sleep is the main pillar for mental and physical health. Her aim is to participate in reducing the sleep loss epidemic observed in the lifetime of 40% of women, and its ramifications on their quality of life and health, especially as they reach middle-age. She also offers one-to-one tailored coaching to help women regain a healthy sleep without the use of pills.
Menopause yoga combines the evidence base of western medicine and the philosophy of eastern health and wellbeing practices to educate women about perimenopause and menopause; offering guidance for women to feel more in control and embrace the menopause as an opportunity for self-awareness and growth.
The yoga practice includes specially adapted yoga sequences and poses which are based on hatha, vinyasa, yin and restorative styles along with pranayama (breathing) techniques and meditation to help support perimenopause symptoms and help you feel grounded, supported and safe. The aim of Yoga for Perimenopause is to help women transition positively to the next stage in life, physically, mentally and spiritually. We have limited spaces, so early booking is essential!
Tickets are £45 per person.
