Hello, my name is Elena and I am a certified yoga teacher. After 14 years spent working in fast paced offices I know very well how a busy lifestyle, juggling work and personal life, can take a toll on our physical and mental wellbeing and how much we need to take some time for ourselves to recharge and rest. In my classes I focus on the importance of breath. I’ll invite you to slow down and listen to your body so you can practice in a way that supports your wellbeing physically and mentally.
