Oliver Cowmeadow came across Chinese medicine, macrobiotics and shiatsu when he was 24 years old. This ancient way of looking at life and health excited him so much he travelled to many countries to study this approach in depth. He then began teaching and giving individual health consultations, and has thousands of students and clients over the last four decades. He brings an enormous amount of common sense wisdom to all his talks.
