Join Agnes for a two week Intro to Yoga course (Sunday 14th and Sunday 21st January) where you will learn to move through simple sequences, break down some of the post common postures and transitions while also having the opportunity to debunk some of the myths surrounding yoga (e.g. 'I am not flexible enough to do yoga').
Learn how to use the breath to support movement as well as relaxation and leave feeling a little stronger both physically and mentally.
Suitable for complete beginners, those returning to yoga and anyone who would like to go back to basics to build a strong foundation for their future yoga practice.
