A delightful Afternoon Tea with river views is the most idyllic way to spend an afternoon and is the epitome of indulgence. Scrumptious delicacies both savoury and sweet are sure to tantalise the taste buds and can all be washed down with Organic, Fairtrade and Sustainable Clipper Tea infusions or better yet, some Sparkling Wine.
The first of hopefully many Linden Social Afternoon Tea dates will be on the 10th February and will be served from 14.00-17.00.
We are proud to say that we have partnered with Rodda’s Clotted Cream and Wilkin & Son Tiptree Jam as part of the the Good Deeds Scheme to raise money for Baron’s Court Project Hammersmith.
Barons Court Project was established in 1985 after a group of Psychiatrists and Social Workers realised there was little or no provision for people living with mental health issues and people who are homeless in the locality. Barons Court Project is the only day centre in Hammersmith and Fulham who support people that are on low income, homeless and/or vulnerable to mental health issues. They’re the only day centre in the borough and provide a space where people's basic needs can be met. It’s a place where you can take a shower, do your laundry and have something to eat.
Not only do they provide these but also offer a range of wellness activities for everyone, from yoga, guitar sessions and art to workshops in life skills around cooking, IT and employability as well as supportive groups to aid in recovery and reduce isolation. They offer 1-1 support sessions where people can get advice and assistance with areas they may need help with.
They provide a safe environment where people can express themselves and feel a part of a community.
Ticket prices are £24.50 per head and will include a glass of sparkling wine for Linden Social Members who book directly with the Events Team and quote the code TEASPARK. Pre-bookings are required. To make your booking please contact events@lindenhouse.london
