Sustainability

GOAL

To establish Linden House as a leader in environmentally sustainable venues

Linden House recognises both the imperative and the opportunity in responding to the global challenges of climate change and securing environmental sustainability acknowledging that rapid and urgent action is needed across all sectors of society. Our goal is to help raise awareness of climate change and public health issues which affect us all and to ensure that sustainability is at the heart of everything we do.

We believe we have a role in demonstrating environmental leadership through championing best practice and amplifying responses that will facilitate a transition to an environmentally sustainable future

By being well place in the Community, the London Corinthian Trust, housed in Linden House, is well placed to influence the environmental agenda within the Sailing, Rowing and Social Membership Programs.

Awards and accreditations
We are an ECOsmart Bronze venue. ECOsmart is the accreditation programme of Greengage Solutions – recognising and supporting eco-friendly hotels and conference venues that meet certified standards of sustainability

Linden House is continuously investing significantly in the improvement and efficiency of the space and will continue to make substantial progress in improving its environmental performance with a range of scheduled operational initiatives. By carrying out these initiatives and ensuring that we are working together with our broader community, we hope to not only minimise our environmental impact, but to productively add to and enhance our local environment and sense of place.
